In order to help us to evaluate and improve our service we recently sent out a service evaluation questionnaire to a sample of our clients. The results from this are available on the Tableau site. We had 30 respondents to the survey – a return rate of 23%.
Overall we are very pleased with the feedback – although there are always things we can do to improve. We will be looking at the comments made by all the respondents carefully to try to work out how we can improve in the future.
We will also aim to repeat this exercise regularly and continue to openly publish this data.
